DRIVING INDUSTRY CHANGE

Stand Tall
From high barriers to entry for working class people through to a staggering 18.2% class pay gap*, there is lots that needs to change in our industry. We commit to doing all we can to drive that change, starting with:
  • Raising our voices to drive awareness of class bias in comms
  • Working with partners to offer training to supercharge careers for working class professionals
  • Providing paid internships at National Living Wage exclusively to working class young people
  • Providing work experience to people exclusively from lower-socio economic groups
HOW WE ARE ...

SUPPORTING WORKING CLASS COMMUNITIES

While industry change is a huge focus, we are also committed to supporting working class people more broadly.

We pledge to invest 10% of all agency resource to provide pro-bono support to social mobility causes and working class communities.

Our team will also help to educate young working class people on the comms careers choices available to them, through school visits and 121 mentorship programmes.

We are always open to exploring partnerships with organisations that share our passion for increasing opportunities for working class people.
